This is a run test for setting up your Heart Rate Zones. This test is recomended for all run and triathlon plans. This test is done on a treadmill and allows us to set up your Heart Rate Run Zones correctly to get the most out of your training. We offer a $25.00 discount on this service when purchasing any training plan. 




All training plans will be uploaded to an athletes Training Peaks account. If you do not currently have a Training Peaks account or if you have not used Training Peaks we can walk you through the set up or set up the account for you.


Training peaks in the most basic form is a calendar that lists your workouts and days off (if your lucky). See image above. You can choose to have daily emails reminding you of your workouts and there is a handy mobile app. If you have any of the many fitness devices such as a Fitbit, Garmin or Timex running watch to name a few, you can set up them up so that they automatically upload your workouts into your Training Peaks account.


This is not as complex as it sounds and the tracking of your progress is very motivating. The Basic Training Peaks account is free or you can upgrade at any time for around $100.00 per year.

The training plans below are custom and based on the athletes current fitness, injury history and performance goals. 

The training plans include:

  • Initial assesment based on a brief phone discussion as well as the completed "new athlete" questionnaire.
  • A pre determined amount of contact via email or phone calls as outlined in each plan description. (such as 3 emails for 3 month plan or 3 - 15 min phone calls)
  • A training plan uploaded into the athlete's Training Peaks account (or we can set an account up for you)
  • Invitation to any All Out Endurance open workout sessions.
  • Discounts at local cycling and running reatailers.
  • Discounts on ROKA Wetsuits and products.

All Out Performance will also offer a discount to any other services we offer such as:
