ITINERARY

THURSDAY, 

6-6:30pm: Camp Orientation/Meet and Greet

6:30pm: Down and Dirty Camp Training Nutrition Tips

7pm: Dinner at Carrabbas Italian Grill

FRIDAY, 

6:30am: Breakfast at Hotel

7:30am: Depart for Minneola Lake Park

7:45am: Quick Pre-Ride Meeting

8-10am: Group Ride (2 groups up to 40 miles)

10-10:30am: Transition Run (3 miles)

10:30-12:30pm: Break/Lunch (on own)

12:30-1:15pm: “Caffeine: Usage Pros and Cons for Triathletes” Clinic

2-4pm: “Swim Like a Pro” Swim Clinic with Coaches Sara McLarty and Misty Becerra at the National Training Center (additional cost of $60 per person and well worth it!)

4-5pm: Group Bike (20 miles)

6:30pm: Team Dinner

SATURDAY, 

6-7am: Breakfast at Hotel

7am-1pm: Group Bike (100 miles)
1-4pm: Lunch/Break
4-5pm: Pool Swim at NTC -OR- Buckhill Bike Repeats
6:30pm: Dinner at Crooked Spoon Gastropub (New Team Favorite!)

TRACK 2: Florida 70.3 Olympic-Half Ironman Type Athletes

7-10am: Group Bike (50 miles)
10-10:30am: Transition Run (3 miles)
10:30-1pm: Break/Lunch
1-2pm: “Short/Long Course Race Fueling” Clinic
2-3pm: Option A: Pool Swim at NTC
2-3pm: Option B: “Efficient Running Form” Clinic
3-3:45pm: Break
3:45pm: Depart for Buckhill
4-5pm: Buckhill Repeats
6:30pm: Dinner at Crooked Spoon Gastropub (New Team Favorite!)

7-9am: Group Bike (30 miles)
9-9:30am: Transition Run (3 miles)
9:30-1pm: Break/Lunch

6am-8am: Clay Trail Long Run (up to 10 miles)
8-11am: Breakfast / Break (prep room for checkout)

3pm: Lunch and Depart for Home

COSTS:

3-Day Tri Camp           $229 plus $29 registration fee

Price includes: Instructor fees, training nutrition, and goodie bag!

What’s not included: hotel, meals except breakfast, transportation to and from camp, any other activity costs outside of camp itinerary you wish to participate in
